Just wanted to say that Larry caught the whole vibe of the OBX vacation perfectly with his videos and associated music. It was SOOOO relaxing, fun, delicious, and great to be able to share with a wonderful daughter and son-in-law. The added bonus was having Mom and Dad there with their fun entourage in their big, gorgeous beach house just 15 minutes up the beach from us!
We got to experience so many wonderful moments during the week: from the hike through Jockey’s Ridge National Park with thousands of baby frogs under foot to all the yummy seafood meals we had, with hardly a wait for a great table anywhere. The only way it could have been better would be if Brandon and Eric were there with us.
We made it home in one day! 14 hours and 890 miles of driving got us back to the lodge in Westfield at midnight.
Hope we can all do it again next year!!!!!
