I have heard from a few Chinese friends that Chinatown Express has some of the best dumplings around, though they were talking about regular pork dumplings and not soup dumplings. I've never heard of these before, but let me know if you find them. They sound awesome. Field trip to Shanghai!!! Aww, so sad.
