I'm glad you love it so much. I really miss eating pho up here, though I ate at my share of good eats this past weekend. See why I never branched out from my noodle soup? It's so good, why mess with a good thing? :o) This weekend I'm going to Montreal, finally! I plan to finally eat the duck in a can. I'm not a huge fan of duck or foie gras (I don't think I've even had it before), but when in Quebec.... Wish you guys could be there.
